Keller, TX |
Dr. Lancaster performed a double knee replacement on me in November 2015. The results were excellent (wish I'd had it done years ago!) and would highly recommend him to anyone. His PA, Thomas Garrad, was also terrific. The rest of the staff was efficient and pleasant and the wait times were very short. I had to drive a bit of a distance to see him, but it was absolutely worth it.

I had a hip replacement by Dr. Lancaster 15 years ago. It was all fine. Don't remember any problems with office or staff. I now have a December appointment for the other hip. I am wondering if it is a big mistake. I ran out of my prescription 5 days ago. Asked pharmacy to contact for refill 6 days ago. NO RESPONSE. 2 days later, repeated attempts, NO RESPONSE. I am in pain... NO RESPONSE. Fax seems broken but that does not excuse no answer to the phone message. Office staff FAILS!
in Dallas, TX |
His office in unorganized. I felt rushed into my surgery and didn't know what to expect. Afterwards, they were supposed to send me home with a compression sleeve to prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis and FORGOT (It's now a literal week later and I still haven't received it). Also, a physical therapist was to be coming to my home daily since seven days ago, and this has not happened.
