What People Say About Dr. James Kay, MD
Reply
Not empathetic! As I waited for the doctor to see me, he opened the door and brought two students in with him, without asking me if it would be okay. It was a very overwhelming experience! I informed the doctor that I was not comfortable with visitors and it was also my first visit. I will never visit this doctor or office again!
