About 30 years ago, Dr. Hill performed a unique surgery called micro fracture drilling procedure. Before that, I had three surgeries on my right knee to repair torn cartilage. The micro fracture procedure worked great, and I continue an active lifestyle. Dr. Hill is a forward thinking professional who listens to his patients and designs a treatment that works for them.

Dr. Hill repaired my left knee after I tore the meniscus. He came highly recommended by my niece Caitlin, whom he mentored when she was an Ortho Resident at Northwestern. His bedside manner and the way he explained the procedure were outstanding, as were the results of my surgery. I highly recommend Jim.

I have seen dr. Hill on several occasions and find he is one of the finest I ve seen. I have torn meniscus in both knees and swollen joints from lupus and osteoarthritis and he is genuinely sincere and listens to what I'm actually saying and asks questions when I have a difficult time explaining myself He is courteous proffesional and all around a delightful doctor to be seen by. I never have a wait longer than 5 minutes after getting there and he asks my opinions in my treatment. I am so have

My family has been connected to Dr. Hill for probably 25 years. He has operated on my son's and husband's shoulders. We just saw him today for another shoulder issue probably the result of my husband's intense exercise program! If you have a knee or shoulder problem, run don't walk to see Jim Hill. He has golden hands and golden compassion. My favorite doctor of all time and that's saying a lot as I'm pretty fussy about doctor selection. You won't be disappointed!!
