Gilbertsville, PA |
First time appointment & waited 50 min in the waiting room (another 25 min in the examination room) before even seeing the Dr. (I don't think it's ever acceptable to wait over an hour for an appointment). He spent a fair amount of time with us & I was satisfied with his diagnoses & future treatment options. He left the room to check on something & never returned to say goodbye or nice meeting us or a script for PT that he suggested we get. We just felt like another number in the medical system.
My friend went to this Dr last week at the requests of his primary. Dr. Guille was rude and told him the issue he was having was not bone related and nothing he could do. When asked what were his next steps, he was told nothing I can do. His lack of concern for his welfare spoke volumes. Besides the extra cost he had to pay to see a specialist, his sheer rudeness was unacceptable.
