Care Philosophy

When I recommend treatment for my patients, I ask myself what would I do if this was my mother or my child, and the answer is usually pretty easy. Because I know I only recommend what I think is best for them. Sometimes the decision to have surgery is hard for patients and their families. I want them to know I understand.Read more

he has been our doctor for years. He is honest, straight forward, and tells you your best options. Sometimes is isn't what you want to hear, but he tells you what your best options are for your problem. He doesn't just rush you off to surgery like a lot of other surgeons.

Doctor Grannell likes to label chronic pain patients as Drug Addicts . He believes that anyone who uses pain medication so that they can have better quality of life are Drug Addicts . He also says that chronic pain patients should be in methodone clinics for there drug addiction . If he does surgery on you expect to only get pain medication after surgery for two days after the surgery . I'm sure this is fine for a healthy person who has no other health issues .
