Patient Comments (2)
Charleston, WV |
I would never recommend Dr. Frame to anyone. He has a "God" complex. He does not care that patients have to wait (for their scheduled appointments) anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours to see him. This is not just one time, but everytime. Have not cared for this doctor since he walked into my hospital room (when I was diagnosed with cancer). If you need a cancer doctor I would recommend going somewhere else where you could feel comfortable.

Always takes his time with with you. Ask a lot of questions and is very through in explaining what is going on and what his plan is to help you. Very willing to refer you to another doctor that he may feel is more specialized in something he is concerned about. Doesn't just jump into treatments without making sure that's what is best and safe for that particular patient. I feel he has and still is working and researching to find what is best and safe for me since my issues are somewhat complex.
