Dr Phil Fleischli is one of the best doctors that has ever done surgery on me. I had shoulder surgery and there was hardly no pain and a full recovery. I’m gonna go get the other shoulder done to. If you want the job done right Dr Fleischli is the doctor to go to.

High praises for this orthopedic surgeon. Very personable and knowledgeable. Son had shoulder surgery back in April for 360 labrum tear and detached bicep tendon. He has recovered nicely. He is back in the pool swimming.

Dr Fleischli’s a phenomenal physician. Listens carefully & thoroughly explains the thought process behind his assessment. Gives options for further work up/treatment and allows the patient to make informed decisions regarding their care. Could not recommend him more highly! My only gripe is with the incredibly long wait times to get somebody on the phone with OrthoCarolina. Every time I’ve called it’s been 20-30+ minutes of being on hold before somebody answers. This obviously has nothing to do with Dr Fleischli himself so my rating won’t reflect it…but their office really needs to hire a few more people to staff the phones.

I sent up an appointment to check on my swollen left knee. Before my visit I was greeted by the receptionist with a pleasant hello to register came a little early I was there about 40 minutes early then they called me back after my paperwork was completed and the payment was made the nurse who greeted me and walked me back to the room with Pleasant of cost that do that to try to make the experience easier the x-ray technician was outstanding gave me some funny ways of telling me how to hold this put your knee in here sitting there. Dr Fleischli was Pleasant and professional and asked why was I there to see him. He examined my knee explain to me what was going on after looking at my x-rays and broke it down into what would happen next during that time he remove fluid from my knee he made it so simple and easy with a plan for healing. GREAT EXPERIENCE, WONDERFUL DOCTOR AND STAFF!

My 55 year old body rebelled against my push-up regimen. I was in constant pain and my ability to sleep was impacted. Knowing which orthopedic doctor to choose was a simple decision for me since my son, and others on his high school football team, were directed to Dr. Fleischli. He learned from the sports medicine pioneer. I greatly appreciate that multiple doctors were involved in my preliminary visits. The first evaluation would be from a doctor learning from Dr. Fleischli. Then, Dr. Fleischli would walk them through his evaluation. After the initial X-rays and physical therapy, Dr. Fleischli ordered the MRI which identified some structural issues in my shoulder. As we discussed surgical options, I happened to state a specific restricted motion that caused me pain. Dr. Fleischli went back to the MRI to confirm a new finding (frozen shoulder). One day after surgery, I stopped meds. Five days after surgery, I was driving to a football game. Thank you Dr. Fleischli!

Dr Fleischli takes time to go through my xrays, etc. and describe what's taking place with my knees. He then presents me with my options for treatment, while preferring options that don't involve surgery which is a last resort. He's friendly and seems concerned about my condition.
