My adult daughter is a resident at a care center in Oregon that Dr. Conour serves. (I have to fly out to see her.) On the occasions that I visit my daughter there are times when she is incoherent and other times she is coherent but hyperactive. She seems to be at one end of the scale or the other. One occasion when we had an arrangement to meet Dr. Conour at the care center, and when we showed up at we were told he had already left. So I have no grounds for a recommendation.
