I read the first two reviews before I had my consultation with Dr. Conner and even though they didn't seem to have any positive comments, but I wanted to meet him myself and form my own opinion. I'm very glad I did. He was very nice and he spent time with me and listened to my concerns, then he explained what he thought was causing my pain and gave me some different options. He removed my gallbladder and I have felt much better since. Also everyone in his office is very nice.

Dr Conner told me my only option was to have surgery, without even doing a thorough examination on me. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The other surgeon did a thorough examination and told me he definitely would NOT do surgery or recommend it because I didn't need it. It's so disturbing to think a doctor would preform a surgery that is not necessary, that would of done me more damage than good. ALWAYS get a 2nd Opinion!!
I hate that you have had a bad experience!! I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to know what I suggested you had surgery for and review the other surgeons assessment. I am always willing to learn from others. I hope that you are doing well and please accept my apology as I would never want you to undergo a potentially unnecessary procedure. Again please call my office so I can review your case and make sure I fully understand if I have made a mistake.
I wish 0 stars was an option. I've seen my sister go through so much physical and emotional pain and agony because of Conner. Hernia surgery has ended with her in an assisted living facility. He does not listen to her and he tries to tell her her level of pain. He sent her home with no antibiotics even though she was a high risk for infection and eventually her wound became infected. He plasters on a fake smile instead of actually listening to patients and thinks it's good bedside manner.
I certainly understand your frustration. Undergoing a surgical procedure is never easy and when complications occur it is devastating. I hope you will give me the opportunity to discuss this with you as I have enjoyed getting to know your sister. I do not attempt to put on a fake smile and if I came across as fake I do apologize. Thank you for the review as I do want to improve upon the healthcare I provide.
