An amazingly skilled surgeon with the two worst nurse practitioners I have EVER seen practice medicine. Danielle left a staple in my wound. Mary Ellen Maher doesn't even examine patients. She was rude and condescending to my mother who majored in English. She talked down to her. Dr. Chandler called my father a 'smart a--'. Sad part: my dad is Dr. Chandler's former patient and had pituitary surgery with him. My dad is sickly and 78. Chandler talked to him like this: '' How old are you now? " Very arrogantly said. Today, I was fired as a patient from Chandler's practice because I asked for a physical exam. He got irate, yelled at me loudly, and threatened me with SECURITY!!!! He also neglected to fill out FMLA forms and order a follow up MRI. He then asked me to go to RUSH instead, and see a 78 year old INDIAN Doctor.

Dr. Chandler removed a large brain tumor & saved my life! He & his staff & the entire hospital were amazing. He was also regarded highly and recommended from the first neurosurgeon I saw, and he spent a great deal of time with myself and family prior to surgery. I cannot think of anything bad to say about him or his staff & they continue to monitor me for other smaller tumors. They BEST by far!!! I know that I continue to be in the best of hands!!!

This was our son's 3rd surgery for a benign pituitary tumor in the last 2 years. The first two being done by another surgeon. Dr. Chandler is brilliant and humble. He is thoughtful of your needs and discusses the long term effect of treatment, whether it be radiation or surgery, enabling one to make an informed decision. He did not sugar coat anything which we appreciated. He was attentive and compassionate. We never felt rushed whether speaking with him in the office or hospital. We truly felt he was looking out for our son's best interest. He wasn't sure if he could get the tumor out but after a 12 hour surgery he got 99% out!! We never expected this result - we couldn't be more grateful!

I made the mistake of seeing Dr. Chandler in hopes of receiving a better understanding a tumor that has developed. Rather than receive information I was treated as if slow and was extreamly rude towards me. He kept me wait 1.5hrs, which I wouldn’t have minded had he just treated me with some compassion. However, during the whole visit was Dr. Chandler was condescending, rude and arrogant. The only thing I’ll hand him is that he did an excellent job of living up to the erogant surgeon stereotype.

Hello, My name is Alicja Dybaczewska and I was diagnosed with a pituitary tumor along with Cushing's disease early this summer. After researching with my parents, we decided that Dr. Chandler seemed to be the best option. We called his office and were able to get a visit within 2 weeks. After our first visit and he reviewed my MRI and labs, he was able to schedule me for surgery in 2 WEEKS. This was the biggest relief to me, because I was afraid I would have to wait and live with these symptoms
