Dr. Case is a very intelligent Neurologist and caring. I knew when he walked into the room I was going to be well taken care of. I appreciated his patience and explanations to my family. I am hoping to not see him in that situation again, but if need be then I hope he is there to take care of me! Dr. Case had amazing assistants (Nurses and receptionists) both in the hospital and in the office. He treated them very respectfully, a great team!!

Dr. Case is friendly, professional and very communicative about the tests and procedures. He took time to explain my ailment and treatment; not just the what and when but how and why. I know now what caused my condition and what to do about it. I highly recommend him.

From the check in to check out process, everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Sue was Dr. Case's nurse; she was comforting, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Dr Case made me feel like I was the only patient there, ensuring every detail was thoroughly noted. He even brought in a book to explain my issue as well as a diagram of my affected nerve. I feel like they were the first providers to listen to my frustrations with my shoulder. It was a great first impression/visit with CNOS today!
