Dr. Bruno made me feel comfortable, important, and respectful of my fears of what might be in my future days. He put me at ease by truly listening to me and what my worries were plus giving me a plan of tests which would give him a better idea of further care. I walked away from that appointment confident that I am in the hands of a compassionate neurologist who will pave the way to brighter end of life years.

I have found Dr. Bruno to be a good neurologist, however, he stated he believes in "herd immunity" for COVID and dislikes wearing a mask. This makes me worry that he does not follow CDC COVID precautions. The office is clean and everyone had on a mask at our visit, however, he did remove his mask as we left the office so the next patient in the office is not fully protected. You must make up your own mind, you must make an informed decision. We will not go back.

Dr Bruno came highly recommended to us. I saw him with my son who is on the autism spectrum and has suspected seizure disorder. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different things and the tests my son would need. Would highly recommend!

He has me sitting for a half hour past my appointment time for no reason. I was the only patient there. I saw him outside doing stuff while I was in the waiting room. He seems to have an agenda. So no matter what you tell him is wrong he is going to fit your diagnosis into whatever he is pushing at the time

When going to see a neurologist, there's always a fear of the unknown. However, his office staff was very welcoming, and Dr Bruno, himself, came to the waiting room, greeted me, and at that moment, put my mind at ease. Calmly explaining my MRI, I was exceptionally confident in his ability to treat whatever the future holds for me. Dr Bruno is definitely my hero.

I have visited Dr. Bruno for a number of different reasons. Everything has been exceptional in this office. From the pleasant staff to the short wait time in a clean waiting room to the doctor himself. Dr. Bruno takes as much time as you need to ensure a comprehensive visit. He will explain things in layman's terms too which is comforting and made sure to follow up with me personally and not just through his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno as a Neurologist and a sleep specialist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bruno for several years and in my experience he has always been courteous, professional and genuinely concerned for my well being. He is approachable and easy to talk to. I read a negative review from a husband and wife team who seem to be one of those demanding couples that walk into the office and expect the doctor to do anything and everything they want regardless of proper medical procedure. These reviews are one sided, so annoy one crackpot and you look awful!

My husband has been a patient of Dr Bruno's for numerous years. Dr Bruno is an excellent diagnostician with a wonderful caring nature which is quite refreshing. I love the way Dr Bruno jokes with his patients and makes them feel extremely comfortable which makes it an easy task when trying to get a Senior to go and see a Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno to any individual looking for a good Neurologist.

I helped my wife file a complaint with NYS about this doctor. She is epileptic. She depends on med. He left her with no meds- unexpectedly stopping the refills. She called him for DAYS. No one would get back to her. I had to bring her to an ER clinic to get her meds. We filed a complaint on 11/8. He received it and had his office call us on 11/23. They claimed they called it in on 11/4. This is a lie, as CVS documents prove he's lying. Hes only acknowledging us bc of the complaint. What a joke.

Besides having to play phone tag with clueless office assistants every time I called, Dr. Bruno (or his staff) has totally left me out to dry. I am epileptic and depend on medication to keep seizures at bay. It has been days that I'm waiting for the office to call me back. I have 4 days of meds left. I've requested Dr. Bruno call me. It's not happening.
