Dr. Brockman's office charged me a "finance charge" of $25 on a $21 bill. This is unethical, in my opinion. I called the office to pay, apologize for being a little late, and see if we could have the fee waived this time. They refused. Find another doctor!

Dr. Brockman has been my, and my parents, family physician for many years. He is very thorough and does not waste time (like a lot of healthcare providers) when making a diagnosis. He is no longer in my healthcare network but I still go to him. My faith, confidence and peace of mind is worth it!
