Dr Bennett has been great, without question. My issue is the staff. During my last visit, they weren't ready for me and my appointment was pushed back 30 minutes with no communication. They had a sign that stated to let the front desk know if you've been waiting for over 15 minutes. I spoke to them twice to let them know. I don't mind waiting, but tell me in advance if you're not ready for me at my scheduled appointment. Keep in mind I was there before my appointment, so yes, I was waiting awhile. After my appointment was over, I was told to take the side exit. Ok. I walk out and back to the front where they are locking up. I state I need to make an appointment for a follow up and I'm told Dr Bennett's staff have left. The staff made me late for my appointment and couldn't wait until all the patients were done. I was annoyed to say the least. To add, I've tried calling Dr Bennett's office in the past and I've left more voicemails than have talked to actual people.

Dr. Bennett did a great job with the surgery on my daughter's knee. Another orthopedic surgeon referred her to him because he did not think he could do the surgery. I was very pleased with the outcome of this surgery. He is great. She was 17 at the time of surgery and she had a torn meniscus.

Dr. Bennett is awesome as well as his staff! I had rotator cuff repair to the right shoulder. My down time was little to none... I am pain free and able to sleep at night. I am back to fishing and weight lifting. My co-workers are still at an awe that I returned back to work after a week, I am glad that I had the surgery, but most of all I am glad that Dr. Bennett was my surgeon. Amazing!!!

I have been very pleased with the care and attention from beginning to end. The results have been good (rotator cuff repair). Rehab is a slow progression, but that is more up to me.

A wait time of over one hour is totally unacceptable and disrespect to the patient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse and PA who were not - they were abrupt and disengaged, merely going through the motions. When questioned they didn't properly listen. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me and told me I needed to go for an MRI. i want my doctor to sit sit down and show an interest in my goals and expectations from the visit. I am not sure whether to go back to this doctor.
