I came to Ortho Cincy in April, 2019. My Primary Dr, Patterson sent me, I had a lot of pain in my left thumb, I met so many nice people there especially Lisa Gergen,APRN, who explained in detail and the way I could understand a trigger thumb before she gave me a shot in my thumb. My thumb is doing very well now. Thanks again for your help. Delores Back

I didn't get to see Dr. Baker as he was (per the receptionist) about 90 minutes behind after having to do an unscheduled procedure.

Does not have a very good bedside manners. Doesnt really want to hear what you want say. Has no empathy or cares what your going through. If i end up having surgery will look for different doctor to do it.

My experience with Dr. Baker was amazing. He saw me as soon as he could, tried one step to help me, then when he realized that wasn't the answer, got me into surgery to repair my wrist as soon as he could. He is friendly, listens, and only does what he has to, to fix the problem. He called me personally the day after my surgery to check on me. His office is very efficient, and his staff is super friendly, and always helpful. I truly have never had a betteredical experience.

Dr. Baker is the rudest doctor I have ever met in my life. DO NOT go to him! He cares more about money than he does about his patients.

Because of Dr. Baker's exceptional work, I was back to normal activities in half the expected time. Dr. Baker personally called me a couple days after the surgery to see how I was doing and to ask what my needs were. My hand therapist was impressed with the X-rays of my surgery. I experienced very little pain through the entire process. I feel a great deal of gratitude for the attention and care that I received and would highly recommend Dr. Baker to anyone who experiences a hand/wrist injury.

Very pleased and satisfied with Dr Baker's delicate surgical repair of a complex finger injury. Dr Baker emphasized the degree of injury, thoroughly explained the repair, skillfully performed the surgery, and stressed the importance of therapy. I consider myself fortunate to have been under his care and would highly recommend.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. The reception staff was warm and welcoming. I had completed my paperwork from the website which expedited the registration process. The physician was on time and thorough with his exam. I left feeling he had listened to and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Baker was awesome!

I have a comminuted fracture on my left wrist. The hand was deformed and surgery was a must. Dr. Baker scheduled me within 48 hours which was important to the recovery process. The surgery placed a large plate and 9 screws attached to my wrist. I was surprised to see the 2 3/4" of the scar for the first time. However, the healing was encouraging: There was no infection and no more pain medicine after two days. My hand was back to full motion after 9 weeks. Dr. Baker is an amazing surgeon!
