Wonderful experience all the way around. From initial consult to explaing procedure to doing the surgery. The whole experience was professional, friendly, responsive and well answered questions not only from me but the person that brought me. I was given a packet with all post operation instructions that were gone over with me at she surgery and at the consult was given a packet with care and exercises to do to help me along with my recovery. I would give 10 stars and a hearty thank you to the whole staff at the surgery center. I have never had the pleasure of dealing with such a kind, caring ,professional, happy group of people anywhere let alone a hospital. Hospitals and physicians should take note nation wide that this is how treatment should be. My driver an I left laughing and happy, confident that I got the best care available with the least amount of stress possible. Zero! I will confindently recommend this Dr. and this wonderful surgery team at OAM to everyone. Thank You!

My experience has been very positive. Both the Dr. Bakeman and his staff have been excellent. Very knowledgeable and more importantly took time to fully discuss my diagnosis/concerns. Definitely makes a big difference for my fiancee. The day of my operation same treatment and everything ran like a well oiled machine, calm and on time. The staff even conducts follow up calls. I would definitely recommend James Bakeman and OAM thus far through my treatment.

Awful doctor. Self centered, huge ego and only cares if he can get surgery out of you. Anything, beyond the surgery he could care less. My knee is much worse off after, a fairly simple ortho scope and has zero suggestion such as rehab or exercise to make things better. Please think twice before going to see Dr Bakeman.
