Today I went with my mother for an appointment with Dr. Archer. She was a first time new patient. She was told by his staff that they had all her records from the referring physician so she didn't bring any previous records with her. Dr. Archer was beyond rude to my poor mother about this. ...more

Due to staff miscommunication with procedure appointment, I had to walk out on one of my procedures. Over 2 hours of waiting and was on IV. I would say that Dr. Archers' staff needs to work together better and talk to each other!
