Do not use! One star because it won't let you do less. Arrived 15 minutes early for my husbands appt waited 2 hours past appt before we decided to leave. Vitals done but provider seemed to just keep skipping us once in room. Singing as he saw other patients. Place is run down. Needs work. No one seemed concerned when we said we were leaving without being seen. Do not use this doctor. Filed our complaint with the military insurance as well. Sadly disappointed.

Almost cancelled my husband's afternoon 8-17-17 appt. Had to wait about 1.30 minutes to be called back. If you are new pt. make an AM appt. With that said, once Dr. got into room, did a VERY thorough exam. He had my husband diagnosed from symptoms from a car wreck 50 years ago. We learned a lot that day, and new diagnosis we did not know. Extensive tests were set up, and we hope to learn more. This Dr's. personality is DIFFERENT from most. He is VERY "up-beat and lively". Staff was nice.

I have never seen such a irresponsible, erratic, and unprofessional doctor and practice. The doctor literally sang to me while examining me, like I was a five year old. Then without warning grabbed my legs and placed my knee to my head. His nurse forgot to take my BP and HR. The doctor yelled at the nurse and said no one knows how to work around here. He even left the room to answer the phone to discuss dinner plans. All this after waiting over an hour in the exam room!

Never use this doctor. They have no clue on how to keep a schedule, wait times in office is horrible. The most unprofessional doctors office. Only giving one star because I have to

Super nice guy takes the time to ask you questions let you ask questions. If you don't want to wait a long time schedule early appointments. He gets backed up because he won't just rush you out the door. Diagnosed me on my symptoms got me to the right help. Feeling great. Thanks doc

I would never recommend this provider. Every time I had an appointment I had to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes in the lobby before I was taken to a room. Then I had to wait in the room. The last time I went his nurse said she would be back to take my vitals. I waited 45 minutes and she still didn't return to do that. In total, I waited 1 1/2 hours to talk to him for 2 minutes. Extremely unprofessional. I need to see a neurologist every few years and I will never return to this office.

I don't know how Dr Anderson's ratings suddenly jumped up to three. I used to recommend patients to him but have since gone back and told those same people to get another doctor, quickly. I'm still waiting on Kenyatta to get my refill authorized - the one from June and no one has bothered to call me back to tell me why I'm still waiting. I am seeing a new neurologist next month.

Initially Dr. Anderson was great. But then he began to ignore my brother. He ordered tests 4 months ago that we can't find out the results of, he has failed to complete authorization of treatments he himself has ordered, and he will not order refills. My brother has been very cooperative and friendly. He has very good insurance and we are able to cover any out of pocket expenses, so we do not understand why this is happening. The apologetic staff simply says we're not at liberty to say.
