I was there for an hour and twenty minutes and never saw the doctor. I told them I was thinking about leaving and they offered his PA to me. I left. The following day their insurance person left a message questioning how my insurance is set up although it is perfectly clear on the paperwork.

I would not recommend at all. You are not a patient, just another number. You’ll maybe see the doctor once at the beginning and your left to feel like you’re an inconvenience. No confidence whatsoever in their care. I felt the intense pain during both procedures and got no relief during or after. I’ve had post operative issues and tried to contact them just to be told to go to the ER. My issues aren’t serious enough for the ER, not to mention the fact it is on my dime for their mistake.

Dr Albert and staff were superstars in my opinion. They were supportive and informative throughout every step of the way. I was nervous and they were always comforting and helpful; from front desk team always making me feel welcome to the nurses and doctors. Procedures were fully explained to me and were completely successfully, Dr Albert and his team made sure I was as comfortable as possible at all times. Huge thank you to all the caring, supportive and professional staff at Dr Alberts office

He only in it for the money; no bedside manner; when finished with procedure doesn't give patient survey, nor ask if they are satisfied; doesn't completely finish procedure and when asked his staff, is told to reply"oh you need further procedures to completely erase...of course, they are trying to give themselves more business and they charge a fortune! The doctor is very competent and professional....he just isn't honest about the difficulty and health risks!

My experience with Dr. Albert and his staff at both his Colorado Springs and Lonetree locations has exceeded my expectations in every way! I previously had Phlebectomy (2005) and Schlerotherapy (2013) to treat my varicose veins. Neither procedure was successful. My surgical and cosmetic treatments for my varicose veins at Albert Vein Institute have been amazing! For the first time in 36 years, I'm looking forward to going to the beach! The process takes time, but my results are worth it!

Although generally friendly, the staff in the Colorado Springs office has given incorrect information to me at each question, seriously each question. The information given to me as a patient was not the experience I had, from recovery time after procedure, to out of pocket expense, none of the information was correct. I spoke repeatedly with office staff to attempt to get my questions answered and several times didn't even get the call back promised regarding my medical questions.

I sought the care of Dr. Albert and his family of staff years ago. One needs to first be prepared that this is a long continued process; magic doesn't happen overnight- but it will- trust in them! The experience I had from the beginning until present date has been both professional and a family atmosphere. Almost every single person that works there knows me by name and treats me with dignity. All of my procedures have been a success and I have gained confidence in myself that I truly needed.

I can’t even begin to tell you how satisfied I am with Dr. Albert and his staff at the Albert Vein Institute. My experience with all of them has been nothing but exceptional! First and foremost, I had my choice and researched a good majority of the vein institutes in the Denver Metro Area, After some time and research I believe that I picked the best one when I chose the Albert Vein Institute! Here are the reasons why. Dr. Albert is the best in Denver if not the country in what he does. I have

I was up-sold under the deception my costs would be a certain amount. My bill was 4 times more than expected even after being extremely careful about being informed of my total out of pocket expenses. It's too bad as they were really wonderful to work with until you realize the lack of integrity to fill that bottom line.

Was convinced that the procedures were necessary, but have since learned that other options, not provided, would have been more effective. I found the business practices of this organization to be deceptive, in particular communication with the business staff. They did not bill insurance as I was told they would, and they denied follow-up care to surgery when I questioned their method of billing. It took two years to pay down items that should have been billed to insurance.
