Poor communication skills with the medical group provider. Always blame that they have never received the email, fax, or phone calls. They don't return calls nor bother to call you with update on your claim/authorization situation. Doctor is more interested in setting up the next schedule visit than providing you advise on how to follow up with post-surgery.
