After seeking treatment in ERs and urgent cares, I was adviced to source a dermatologist. I called every dermatologist in New Castle and Cecil counties. None was accepting new patients until 2022. I left a message with Dr. Kumar's office . Dr. Kumar, who was out of town then, reached out to me. We were never acquainted prior. He pulled strings to book me an appointment at his office in two weeks and recommended some over the counter treatment aids all at no cost. I was in so much discomfort before Dr. Kumar reached out. I can never thank him enough. Dr. Kumar is patient and service oriented. In today's world, he is a rare professional and service provider. I recommend Dr. Kumar to any and all.

Dr. Kumar performed two procedures for me on my face and both times I ended up with an infection. I then had to return to his office for him to diagnose the infection(s) and contact my pharmacy both times to prescribe an antibiotic. The infections are gone and so is my trust, so I will never return to him again.

Dr. Jagadeesh S. Kumar is a dermatologist in Cecil County Elkton MD. I used to have to drive two hours to see him from Wicomico County. Nice Dr very thorough and his office staff very friendly and accommodating. I Would recommend him to family and friends.* Appointments are recommended *

Dr. Kumar was great for treating various skin issues I had. However, as someone who has struggled with chronic lyme disease for ~5 years, I was put off with how brazenly he proclaimed that chronic lyme doesn't exist. Well, guess what, Johns Hopkins just proved you wrong. Read the Baltimore Sun article online about how they detected lyme in patients after antibiotics treatment. The arrogance of some doctors...

Dr. Kumar is the best Dermatologist I have ever had. His diagnostics skills, knowledge and behavior are superior. He is very friendly, helpful and truthful with advice and never rushes you. I feel comfortable sharing anything with him, unlike some previous doctors. If I could give him more than five stars, I would.

Dr. Jagadeesh Kumar is an excellent doctor. he listens to your problems with care and provides the best service. He is also thorough in the subject matter. Office staff is pleasant. Never had issues with waiting on phone calls and the wait at the clinic was relatively small whenever I went there. Definitely recommend him.

I saw Dr. Kumar for abnormal itch on back of scalp and around belly button. This is how he responded after examining each area: "This is a normal skin, what else?" I looked @him by surprise. Then he responded that the itch was caused due to "STRESS, and TENSION"He said no need for biopsy. Later,confused,I looked into it closer and saw cut like irritation with fluid inside belly button.My 9Yr Old saw redness of scalp and took pic. NOT letting him do biopsy as surely he will do on a WRONG spot.

I have been having trouble with a large spot on my face...it was painful and scaley.......I called Dr Kumars office and they were kind and understanding. They got me in the same day. Dr Kumar wasn't in, but his associate took a biopsy of it. He was kind and friendly. I don't know what the biopsy. Showed, but I do know I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy....I would use them again.

Didn't see the doctor. Saw his PA who was excellent. Staff was unfamiliar with insurance plan and began demanding I agree to pay for treatment out of pocket, but they figured it out.
