I went to Dr. Jacqueline Jones after finding a growth in my nose, causing me to bleed when I blew my nose. I went to her office in Park Slope, there was a long wait time with only a few patients in the office. When I met her she was very nice and bubbly, but didn’t help me at all. She gave me ointment and told me my growth was due to allergies. I received a second opinion a month after and turned out I had a hematoma that needed to be removed. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all.

Dr. Jones is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met and I highly recommend her. She conducted a procedure on our 4 year old son and has called every day since the surgery to check up on him. The staff is very attentive and always available for any questions and concerns.

Ever since 2012 i have been basically unable to breathe through my nose. On top of that i was getting sinus infections on a weekly basis. After a failed septoplasty at the nyeei i was more desperate than ever to regain some normalcy in my life. Dr Jones quickly thought of a game plan, she gave my nose some time to heal from the surgery, and when it was clear it didn't work she decided surgery would be my best bet. long story short, after failed attempt after failed attempt, I CAN BREATHE!!!!!
