I can not tell you how blessed I feel to have Dr. Williamson perform my surgery. I was walking that same day and back to work in 4 days. He is the most caring and concerned doctor I have ever met, and I'm so happy with my out come. His bedside manners are fabulous. My brother had surgery from him, and has had no issues , nor pain. I trust my brother with my life and I trusted him to use Dr. Williamson. I'm so pleased and happy I did. NO more pain!! Thank you Dr. Williamson, you are amazing!

Was given Dr. Williamson's name by the mother of a neighbor. She had a back fusion done by him the year prior. We went to him for a second opinion. His approach to surgery was right on target. The fusion Surgery went well and for the first time in 20 years, my husband is pain-free. I also took my mother to this group as an emergency walk-in and we were treated quickly and correctly. It is a large practice with multiple physicians specializing in different parts of the body. Wait can be long.

I am so disappointed in this doctor. My husband has been his patient for 10 years. On Friday August 25, my husband called his office as my husband's back gave out. The doctor on call DID NOT want to call in ANY prescription such as prednisone, as he said that Dr. Williamson does not want anyone to prescribe NARCOTICS to his patients. This is NOT a narcotic.and in light of the storm, he didn't care that a patient would be immobilized and in pain during an emergency. Very disappointed.

I have seen Dr. Williamson twice for different problems. Both were back related - degenerative disks. He ordered an MRI. He showed me the results and explained my options. He DID NOT recommend surgery except as a last resort. I am doing lower lumbar exercises and walking and that has given me some relief. If the pain gets too bad I will go for an injection.

Got chance to meet him twice, for evaluation & MRI. Both times he came accompanied by another female Doctor. He took his time to explain my options. He allowed me ask him many questions surrounding my herniated Disc & treatment plan. I'm planning to do surgery with him if the medicines & Therapy fail to help much.

I joined my wife (a cancer patient in remission) at her appointment with Dr. Williamson. I have no opinion as to his qualifications as a surgeon, but I do know that his apparent lack of empathy for her particular situation was clear as he presented his recommendations causing her great anxiety, so much so that she was literally shaking. He failed to notice until it was to late. Do no harm should include opening your eyes to see how your words are affecting the patient. He failed that metric.

I DON'T THINK I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. WILLIAMSON TO SOMEONE ELSE, ESPECUIALLY A FAMILY MEMBER. DURING MY VISIT, I FELT AS IF HE CAUSUALLY DISMISSED MY CONCERNS, CHRONIC PAIN, AND LONGEVITY OF THE PROBLEM. HE WROTE ME A PERSCRIPTION FOR MUSCLE RELAXERS, ANTI-INFLAMMATORY (WHICH DIDN'T WK AT ALL), & THE NAME OF A BOOK CALLED, TREAT YOUR OWN NECK. HIS REASONING FOR ORDERING THE MRI WASN'T BECAUSE HE THOUGHT THERE ACTUALLY MIGHT BE SOMETHING WRONG, HIS REASON WAS BECAUSE I HAD NEVER HAD ONE.

Was not able to see doctor. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes in waiting room with many people, most ahead of me. No explanation from staff. Could be their standard practice. Feels like doctor and staff have no respect for their patients.

Saw Dr. Williamson for back pain, and had a MRI, It wasn't until I read my file much later that The Doctor who read the results identified nephroliithiasis in one of my kidneys. Dr Williamson was so busy promoting his conservative political views, he never mention this information.
