Dr. Greer is awesome! Yes, the wait is long sometimes, but once you have his attention, he always takes plenty of time and explains everything to your satisfaction.
Can't really comment on dr Greer because after waiting over 2 hours (1 and a half past my appointment) I left in disgust. If there is a problem with scheduling let the patient know- our time is no less important than yours

I had an appointment as a new patient on a referral and arrived an hour and a half early to make sure I had time for paper work. I sat and waited for over an hour after my appointment time with no explanation why it was taking so long. Including me getting there early and the hour plus wait I wasted 2 and a half hours waiting; probably would have been longer had I stayed but I had wasted enough time so I left. If the doctor can't keep his appointments then the staff should let people know.

Spent hours (literally) waiting. One women left to get her child after waiting and when she politely told receptionist she had to leave and reschedule I watched the receptionist roll her eyes. A different lady sitting across from me said it happens all the time (long waits) and that she brings a bunch of stuff to keep her busy. It was my first visit. Waiting hrs is absurd and if I didn't really need to see the doc and get the ball rolling on surgery I would never go back.

What a great experience I've had so far. The waiting room was full and I was 5 min late! But the staff was so friendly and treated me with kindness. I was seen within 45 min. Not long at all considering I was late. Dr Greer was very polite and professional. I had been sick for months and he diagnosed me correctly. I am pleased to say I am on the road to recovery and haven't felt this good in a long time ! Everyone I've came in contact with in the office has been incredibly professional and kind

Dr. Greer was very professional. He had a great bed side manner. I didn't like the procedure that has to be done, but that's just it, it had to be done. My wait time was very short, and I was in and out quickly, as possible. The staff was awesome. I would highly recommend this office.
in Chattanooga, TN |
He and his staff have great room for improvement with several area. One being proper booking and if there is an issue with the schedule communicating that with the patient before or at arrival instead of when the patient start complaining about the ridiculous wait time. Another issues is that after a long wait they rush patient in like they are herding cattle. Lastly being clear as to what follow up instruction are lacking. I would not recommend this office to any one going forward.

He was very professional, caring and easy to understand. I would highly recommend him! You do tend to spend awhile waiting, but he still will spend an adequate amount of time with you. I have never felt like he was too rushed or too busy to listen. My husbands surgery was very successful.
in Rossville, GA |
Excellent! Dr. Greer conducted a turbinoplasty, removed a bone spur, and straightened the septum on my 16 yr old daughter who has never been able to breathe through her nose her whole life. She is perfect now - she can breathe, and her voice is not nasally anymore. No more embarrassing sniffing constantly, either. I would recommend Dr. Greer to anyone, and I have already told everyone I know about the remarkable difference he has made in the quality of life for my daughter. He is worth the wait!
Hixson, TN |
Dr. Greer is a great ENT doctor but out of all of my doctors, Primary & Specialists, I consistently have to wait longer to see Dr. Greer than any of my other doctors. It's not uncommon to have a wait of 1.5 hrs or more before you get to see him. Overbooking and patient load is a doctor problem not the schedulers - If I didn't like his professionalism and bedside manner I would probably look elsewhere. They must be really short on cash to cram that many people into their waiting room.
This doctor is very unprofessional. We have to wait over an hour every time we come. This is uncalled for. The staff is just as unresponsive.
