Shannon at the front desk was so rude to me that I had to leave sobbing after I waited six months for my appointment. The environment was so hostile, I’m in worse mental health than I was before. I needed help and was made to feel like an absolute idiot

Dr. Evans yelled at me IN THE WAITING ROOM, and I wasn't even a patient yet. Part of the Hippocratic Oath doctors say is, "First, do no harm," yet without knowing any of my history, he yelled at me IN THE WAITING ROOM...and shortly thereafter I had a minor panic attack. Patients should always feel safe with their doctors (or potential doctors), and I absolutely do not feel safe enough to allow that man to treat me.

The doctor, nurse and woman who answers the phone is very rude! They treat you like your trash! The doctor needs to l earn how to talk to his patients like they are humans! Very bad mistake taking my husband there! I would never suggest this clinic to anyone!

He is fantastic. His approach to treatment makes me feel dignified and hopeful. I leave my appts not just with my prescriptions, but with a sense of well being. He gives me tools to cope with my bi polar and anxiety. His way of making me look at my thoughts and analyzing them in a constructive way has been life changing.

Horrible doctor. Should not be in practice. He is biased, refuses to release medical records, and prescribemedicine that damages people permanently. Stay away from this man, if you value your health.
