Wife and I visited on same day in May. Wife canceled her appointment after 90+ minutes. I also waited forever to get exam. I ordered glasses and was called on June 9th and told my glasses were ready. I could'nt be there that day but returned on the 12th to pick up and pay for my glasses. That part of the office was closed. I have tried many times since then to get my glasses but no one is there and calls never returned. After 2 months I am done. I will not pay for those glasses. Maybe next year.

Visit involved 90 min in the waiting room and another 30 minutes before seeing the Dr. I ended up with pink eye - chin rest, head bar, BR - was sticky and needed cleaning. Dr was trash talking his employees to me - unprofessional. Equipment was broken and staff wasn't trained. I had floaters immediately after some laser work - which he said were inevitable!?! RX for glasses based mostly on a new hire teen asking which line I could read. I tossed the RX and will go to another Optometrist.

Rude staff. Cast doctor. They have problems internally and are being investigated for fraud. They have my glasses and won't release them to me because they were flagged suspicious by investigators. His privileges have been revoked at the surgery center. This man's practice is going under and he is losing his marbles because of it. He threatened me and he won't give me my my lease prescription. Do not go here.

Dr. Hearn is a very pompous doctor who has anger management issues. He belittles staff on a regular basis right outside the exam rooms. He does not listen but rather assumes he knows how a patient feels (pain) or sees. He does not see a problem through and forgets to write what he has told the patient in the notes on the computer . His bad temper is not easily hidden.

The wait time was over 2 hours. The staff does not explain it's procedure and has a "factory mentality". When trying to get insurance approval the staff lied about submitting forms and spoke to me as if I was ignorant. The front office is dirty and the staff is dressed unprofessionally. The office manager was rude and dismissive. The staff showed no empathy or concern for my health, my need for scheduling appropriately and wereoverall unfriendly and dismissive. I would never return!

I thought I had a detached retina. I am visiting from out of state. I called at 8:00 and was seeing the Dr. Hearne by 9:20. Terrific service and great experience with Dr. Hearse who explained everything very clearly. Office staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend

Dr. Hearne was rush, annoyed when I had questions, and just plain rude. He announced that I have macular degeneration and cataracts, then rushed out with no explanation. He charged for the eye exam and prescription even though Medicaid covers it. I never want to see that man again.

He is the only eye doctor in the Reno area that has been able to help. I have M?ni?re's disease. It affects the entire vestibular system. He knows how unpredictable my eyes are. He cares about his patients and knows what he's doing. What a great doctor.
