had a 10:30 appointment this morning........ sat in waiting room till almost 11:00 a.m. - was finally put in examining room at 11:05 ..... receptionist came into examing room to tell me the doctor hadn't even arrived yet ........ she said "ETA - 11:15"........I got up, left the exam room, went to the receptionist and requested my $25 dollar co-pay back and left..... when I left the waiting room had about 4 patients - and the office is only open until 2:00 p.m. -
