WENDY THE OFFICE GIRL TOLD DR. PARSONS I CANCELLED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MY RIGHT (INJURED) ARM MRI, HE ORDERED. The MRI DUE TO MY HEALTH WAS NEVER ORDERED EVER!!!!!!!AT FRISBEE, DUE TO MY INABILITY TO TRAVEL. (LUPUS/SPINE DISEASE. THE CANCELATIONS WERE APRIL/MAY.."LEFT ARM" ORDERING DOCTOR? RESTITUTO MALANSO. ATTACK ON INTESTINES KEPT ME VERY SICK!! "LEFT ARM CANCELLED!" AND WHEN I CALLED, WENDY RUDELY REFUSED TO HELP ME. NOW? I AM BASICALLY KICKED OUT?? AND SHE WAS VICIOUS!
