Dr. Lown took a personal interest in my case and care. I felt completely put at ease by his bedside manner. His nurse practitioner is extremely competent as well and has a great sense of humor for relaxing nervous patients like me!

Dr Lown was recommended to me by a friend. I checked out the reviews on several sites, and scheduled an appointment for my moderate arthritis based upon the reviews. To claim he treats arthritis is a bit of a stretch. Treatment, in his opinion, is topical cream and/or surgery! I had to ask questions to fill in the blanks while he yawned several times. Seemed bored. I was told the staff would order a special anti-inflammatory cream which turned out to be Lidocaine & Diclofenac Gel.
