My son started seeing Dr I about a year ago. At first he seemed to really care and answer all our questions offer advice to help us cope with our situation. As time passed he has canceled numerous appointments after he said we needed to see him every week or 2. The caring he used to have has dissipated to nothing. After our last appointment he said he wanted us beck in one week only to get another call to reschedule. He told me to call him if my son had any issues and he would place him in the hospital where he is assigned so he could keep an eye on him for the proper treatment. I call and he won't answer, instead he had a nurese call and say to just take him to the ER. The ER just takes blood then sends him home to follow up with Dr I. Melhem. The care he is getting with this doctor is negligent at its best. I only hope we can find the right doctor to help our son.

If I could rate -5 I would. Gave me an incorrect diagnosis and kept pushing meds on me and increasing them regularly. Since the wrong diagnosis I was on medication for 4 years that only made me worse and become impatient for 8 days. Would have claimed malpractice if it wasn't such a small area.

Every time I take my daughter here. We wait 2 to 3 hours to see the doctor. He doesn't talk to her about her problems. he just prescribes her meds and constantly wants to keep increasing the dose even though she feels fine. They want you to come in every month to keep making money off you and waste your time. They were always nice but lost track of their reason for existence
