The office staff here is ridiculously unprofessional and mentally inept. I have never met anyone office staff so rude and unwilling to pick up the phone or accomplish a simple task.

I have been a patient of Dr. Khreim's now for 5 years. I can't thank this man enough for how much he has helped me through highs and lows. He is patient, understanding, and respectful. Though I do agree with the reviews stating there may be a wait, that is because he takes time to address each persons concerns. I would rather wait 30 minutes and have a great doctor than have someone else for 5 minutes who thinks they know me and really doesn't take the time to listen. He is very intelligent.

I've seen Dr. Khreim since 2014. He has always been extremely professional in his knowledge, consistency, and care. Psychiatrists often are often known to be cold and results driven (I've had these kind before) but with Dr. Khreim I've always felt respected, supported, and empowered. Deciding to try meds and finding the best kind/dosage is a rollercoaster (try meds-stable-stop to get pregnant-nope crisis still need-try again, etc. etc.) but Dr. Khreim provides hope during all the ups and downs.

Contacting his office is horrifically difficult. I reach his office about 10% of the time I call, and about 50% of the time voicemails left are just straight up ignored (including requests for RXs to be filled). At one point I was experiencing negative side effects from medications ("CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF...") and literally had to call several times daily over a week before I managed to actually talk to Dr. Khreim. Dealing with this- and constant issues with RXs- is not acceptable.

Outstanding Dr that truly cares about his patients. Takes the time with each person and never rushes you out the door. He may run late as the day goes on, but that is because he is giving everyone the time they need. He has amazing knowledge of his area of expertise and is extremely careful when prescribing medications. He doesn't just take wild guesses and "hope" they work out.

Especially, Dr. Khreim he goes above and beyond to treat his patients. A competent, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable psycopharmacologist! I would recommend Dr. Khreim without a doubt.

Every time I go in for an appointment I wait for at least 45 minutes to be in his office for 5 minutes. Also it is the most difficult thing to get them to refill a prescription. I am now going on 5 days without one of my medications. I have called the office multiple times and twice now they have filled the wrong prescription. It is now Friday and I am screwed for the weekend. Absolutely do not recommend coming here. I will be finding a new doctor.

Always running 30 minutes to an hour late. No one ever answers the phone. He's nice but the scheduling is terrible.
