Refuses to return calls. Allowed seizure meds to go unrefilled for three days resulting in (surprise) a seizure. Will answer questions you ask by googling on his phone.

The Dr is fantastic. Very kind, patient and knowledgeable. His nurse was also very kind and helpful. His office staff, however, are rude and not helpful at all. I, too, went into an appointment believing I was there for an EMG test, and got told that I was just there to "meet the doctor". I have to go back for the test now. This clinic is an hour away from my home. VERY inconvenient to have to go back. I do not appreciate being lied to by the office staff.

Trying to contact Dr. Obih is a nightmare. He is only in one location once a week...you leave a message with the staff of that clinic but you do not hear back from the doctor or his nurse. Then you try another location that he could be in, and trying to leave a message doesn't work because you are seen in this other office and not that one. Ex: If I see Dr. Obih in Georgetown then I have to contact that location for him...I can't contact the Temple location because they don't have the records.

I am currently being treated for chronic migraines and Fibromyalgia. Dr. Obih is very understanding and listens to what I have to say. He also explains the medications to me and advises me to call if they aren't working.

Dr. Obih is patient and understanding. His staff is a nightmare with follow-up and paperwork. When asked several times by the patient and then the referring doctors, nurses, etc. no paperwork to follow-up for the next doctor is ever done even when repeatedly all of these sources listed request many times. I will not return as a patient because of this incompetence!
