I looked for about half of my life to find a psychiatrist with the knowledge, intellectual and emotional capacity that Dr. Ijaz Rasul possesses. He listens to me and sees me as a person instead of just a list of symptoms to be medicated away. Amy Kline provides an outstanding compliment to Dr. Rasul. If you could describe someone as loving and professional, that would be Amy Kline. I've been going to this practice for about three years now, and I feel lucky to have found it.

The Doctor was very professional and I felt better when I left. I Read a review that someone said they treat people like trash. That is absolutely wrong. The doctor doesn’t like to shake hands it’s a cultural thing so don’t be offended by it. So far, so good! they have amazing Telepsychiatry Services which is so convient

“Dr Rasul, did a great job of listening intently to me first before putting together a comprehensive treatment plan that not only includes medication but counseling as well. I appreciated his staff including his office manager that is very friendly and professional. Over all I felt like I was in great hands.

Dr. Rasul and his team are caring, professional, and extremely supportive. He worked very hard to find the right mix of medications to help me. The IOP program is fantastic. It is hard work, but the therapists and the group format work so well. They helped me see that my life has purpose and that I can manage my depression and anxiety, instead of having it manage me.

After sitting in on my son's appointment, I understand why he's not getting the help he needs! Dr Rasul was not friendly or helpful and intentionally holding up my son's case. My son needs HELP, compassionate professional help, and guidance. We are not getting that from Dr Rasul; maybe due to several clinics in multiple states and scam artist complaints against him. I DO NOT recommend Dr Rasul!

Customer service and support is handled by the worst customer service and support call center in the world. Mostly all the staff in call center is foreign from India. They will argue with you about clinical issues especially billing and become very rude. Dont dare ask to be transferred to the front desk. After meeting with the doctor for 45 minutes, being tested and treatment recommendations made the doctor said he sent certain medications to the pharmacy and reconfirmed it. No dr called.
