Very disappointed with visit to Dr. Rashid. Waited 5 months to see him regarding ongoing issues related to spinal stenosis. After a very brief examination he said there's nothing he can do for me.

2 years ago I was in a big auto accident. Ever since, I have been suffering from head and neck pain. Because of my headache my SOS doctor referred me to Dr. Rashid. Going there was a big mistake! First off his nurse practitioner acted like a doctor and she was very rude. They treated me not for a auto accident but for some sort of depression or migraine. They prescribed medicine that I should never take. Stay away from this office because they will give you medicine that is not for your problem.

i wouldnt recommended to see this neurologist. he is hard to understands completely ignores and hard to communicate. he would prescribe me something off which i said no. but i wouldnt go back to this neurologist. i would find somewhere better that understands my care instead of pushing me off.

Dr. Rashid truly changed and saved my life .....first treated me at Auburn Memorial Hospital 6 weeks after being treated at Clifton Springs Hospital for a stroke....this time I was transported by ambulance to Auburn Memorial and treated for a TIA.....Dr. Rashid visited my hospital room Monday evening on his day off....I had been admitted on Sunday afternoon.....he discussed my symptoms and let me tell him what the condition felt like to me....the result was new medications...EXCELLENT DOCTOR..

Perhaps the most disorganized, incompetent, rude, and belligerent health care 'professional' I have ever had to deal with. His nurse practitioner is a close second. They blame the patient for their mistakes. Office staff seems nice, but are also disorganized, clearly due to his lack of leadership. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and frustration (and repeat appointments due to his errors) - STAY AWAY.

Probably the worst doctor I have ever been to. This "doctor" tried to scold me, as if I were a child, because I refused to take anti-depressants for my headaches. I told him that I didn't want to get addicted or become dependent on anything like anti-depressants and he said, and I quote, "nothing is addictive, so take the medicine." WHAT?! NOTHING is addictive? Really?! Tell that to the families of the almost 60 THOUSAND people that overdosed last year!! I laughed, walked out and never returned.
