The visit was okay, nothing special. The wait time is ridiculous. Get ready to wait 2-3hours from the appointment time. Won’t go again!

An amazing caring brilliant doctor who came to the ER in the middle of the night when he was not on call because he heard how bad the break in my wrist was. Comforted me throughout the whole process and gave me hope for the future. I’d recommend him any day.

Horrible front desk staff in staten island tiny space where this doctor sees patients for legal matters. These three women behaved so unprofessional, disrespectful and so ignorant asking me what was CTS. They acted just like bullies to me in front of other patients. I had to leave without seeing the doctor. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

The wait time may have been 30 mins, the doctor himself is very good and patient; he answered all of my questions regarding my shoulder. I recommend him to everyone. When asked about the wait time, I tell them yes there is a bit of wait but every good doctor has a wait time.

I underwent a series of injections for arthritis in both knees at Dr Rubinshteyns Brooklyn office. I am finally able to move around without pain. He is an excellent doctor, explained my options to me thoroughly. My arthritis doesn't require surgery at this point, but when it does I surely will be coming back to Dr. R.

Ok. Nothing special. A lot of patients patients seem to be there for legal/lawsuit related things. Be prepared to wait over an hour to be seen. Or just arrive an hour earlier.
