has office hours once a month in Brooklyn.just looks and tells you what he thinks,. doesnt do any thing else..office kind of dirty and i never see him wash hands..He operates from a Hospital in Queens so be aware if you dont like getting stuck in traffic..the other hospital is in a run down gritty...more

Dr. Roger is a very nice person but his practice leaves alot to be desired. Had 5 separate appointments, never saw him before a 1 hr wait or longer. He spends 10-15 minutes with each pt, so why book > 5/hr? He sits in his office & sees you across the desk. Office is dirty & there is no evidence...more
