Rude!
Wish I could give ZERO stars. Never have I had any experience as I did with this doctor. He is the most rude, demeaning, and condescending medical "professional" I have ever encountered. He cut me off every time I tried to explain my pain. He actually laughed at me. He refused treatment that I have been receiving for 2 years in another state and offered zero help or other treatment options because he flat out told me there was nothing wrong with me, as if he lives with the pain I deal with everyday. If you want a doctor who is patient, kind, empathetic and will listen to you, go ANYWHERE else because you will not get that from Dr. Malburg.

Overall visit
I have been to Dr Malburg's office several times and have always been treated with the utmost care. He has an excellent bedside manner and makes me feel very comfortable. He always addresses my concerns and discusses the best option for my treatment. I have no reservations when it comes to recommending him as your pain management Doc!!

Received a Triwest referral and called 19 June 2020 and left voicemail to return call and discuss scheduling an appointment. The call never happened. Be wary if you get a referral to these individuals. Not worth the effort. I'd give 0 stars but 1 will do.

Zero bedside manner. He was rude, belittling, and apparently short on time. I sincerely hope I was the exception in terms of lack of patient care. Would not recommend to anyone.

He offered no type of pain management. I felt he wasted not only his time but mine as well. I can not imagine he understands what it feels like on this end of living in pain every single day. Even SEEING horrible, disfiguring levels of pain.... I got nothing. Very frustrating.

Very abrupt. Absolutely no bedside manner- can't imagine how anyone gets pain relief when you wait so long & then he only offers 1 solution- which was a very radical start to relieve the pain! Wish I had not wasted my time!
