Visit devolved after I politely questioned one detail of his recommendations. He adopted a sarcastic tone and mocked me! Dr Horner was condescending every time we ever spoke. He told me that I was irresponsible because I didn't know that his process for fmla was different from my previous doctors, who also worked at the same clinic.
