I saw Dr. Grady in the Fall of 2014 due to finding a lump on my right breast that appeared to be cancer. Dr. Grady agreed to perform an ultrasound, rather than a mammogram, which I wished to avoid, due to radiation. He agreed the lump was suspicious and immediately performed a biopsy. My doctor sent me to Dr. Grady because I had dense breasts on mammogram. Dr. Grady explained that dense breasts makes breast cancer hard to find on a mammogram. He recommended ultrasound. Went to NV Breast Clinic in Jan 2013 for a routine mammogram. I tend to have dense, fibrous breast tissue. The mammo lead to an ultrasound which lead to the need for a biopsy.
