Initially, we thought Dr. Atlas was quite professional. However, when it comes to him getting back to you with Biopsy and/or diagnostic test results, he is a dismal failure. After reassuring us he would call us with test results as soon as they came in, he NEVER did. I was told I had a Gleason Score of 9 with a very aggressive form of cancer, he did not call. We called the office multiple times, the staff was cool and not empathetic,. We waited over 48 hours, still no call
Dr. Atlas was fine during the appointment if not a little cold and insensitive. He never returns calls with questions about lab results or anything for that matter. Office team is cold, grumpy, and insensitive.
