Misdiagnosed a serious spinal problem as hip bursitis. Recommended two SI injections that did nothing but line his colleague's pockets. Do not recommend this "doctor."
in St. Louis MO |
Dr. Nawas had to take over my care after my precious dr moved to Colorado, at first I was apprehensive about anyone touching my knee but he fixed my knee. Now he is dealing with my hip and I know he will have the right course of action to get back to my normal self again, he always reminds me to trust the process and it always gets better. Thank you Dr. Nawas for treating me like a human and not just a problem.
Fordland, MO |
Horrible doctor. Doesn't listen to his patients at all. "I hear ya... I hear ya"... Yes but you're not listening nor do you care.
in St Louis, MO |
Dr. Nawas is great. He has worked on both my shoulder, which is doing great, and my knee. I'm having a little trouble with my knee still but I think that's because I twisted it again a week after surgery. I trust him completely. In fact my wife has seen him for her knee and we even took my daughter to see him. I've had knee problems all my life and he has been the best Ortho Dr. I've seen. Would recommend him to anyone.
in Dardenne Prairie, MO |
very friendly and did a great job repairing a completely torn bicep ligament that was over 6 weeks beyond the 3-4 weeks recommended to have it done for a successful result. Dr. Nawas was on vacation when the MRI results came but called on a Sunday to explain the results and let me know he wanted to schedule the procedure the first day on his return if possible. I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED!
St Louis, MO |
Do not go to this doctor! I put my faith and trust in him and he ruined my knee for life. I am disabled because of this doctor. He did five surgeries on me and each time saying this one would fix me. I'm now a patient at Mayo Clinic and am beyond repair. Please please do not go to this doctor! He should loose his license to practice medicine.
St Louis, MO |
Dr. Nawas performed surgery on my shoulder and did an excellent job. Three incisions, no scars and shoulder is back to full strength. Well done.
in St Louis, MO |
This doctor is the BEST! The BEST! His knowledge and skills are the greatest in St. Louis. If you want the BEST doctor in St. Louis, this is the guy. Dr. Nawas performed a complete shoulder replacement on me with no pain after the procedure and quick recover.
St Louis, MO |
Would not recommend! At first seems like he is concerned but them will not return calls. Is inappropriate in surgeries taking pictures to boast about success but there is questionable success.
STL |
Had a referral to see Dr. Nawas. First appt set 1 month out from first call. RESCHEDULED 4 times by his office. On the last call I fired him. Unless he has the healing power of God I'll find another Doctor. Inconsiderate.
