Dr. Hugh Selznick is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with advanced fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma. He completed a General Surgery internship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Orthopaedic Institute Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York, and a fellowship in Orthopaedic Traumatology at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Selznick was most recently the Medical Director and Chief of Orthopaedic Trauma Services at a medical center in Las Vegas. Dr. Selznick was also responsible for overseeing the patient care and satisfaction of one of two orthopedic outreach clinics. Patients of Dr. Selznick find him to be extremely caring, compassionate, and competent. He feels very fortunate because his patients are so appreciative of what he does for them; however, he does admit one fault. "I always run late in my clinics, because I talk too much with my patients,"stated Dr. Selznick. Dr. Selznick is married and has four girls. He began bike riding because of the opportunity it provides him to think, relax, and travel. He and his wife have enjoyed several biking trips around the country and the world together. One of his favorites was a biking trip to the French Alps during the Tour de France.
