I'm sure Dr. Brock is an excellent and dedicated surgeon but if you are not quite at the point of surgery, you should look elsewhere for a practice that has more attention to detail especially in insurance requests, better communication for both staff and doctor and an office that actively uses and responds to patients through their MedFusion patient portal. 2-way communication is non-existent.
Hi there, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. We would like the opportunity to find out how we can better assist you in the future. If you are willing, please contact us (505) 724-4700.

Worst!!! He had no interest in hearing my symptoms just was focused on sending me to another physician/surgeon. The MRI he said he would request was denied because he did not provide enough details to the insurance provider. When I tried to contact him or his staff they would not return my calls. This resulted in me having to wait twice as long in severe pain for treatment. Very disappointed in someone who has taken an oath to not harm but help people.
We regret that you had a negative experience with us, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Please feel free to contact me with more information so we can make your experience with New Mexico Orthopaedics a better one .505-768-7507. Thank you Penny
