misdiagnosed my pectoral muscle as a partial tear. I went for a second opinion since I found it strange that he cam e to that conclusion from reading the MRI report. never even looked at the images himself. Turned out to be a complete tear. the original MRI images were poor and not clear. He would have known that if he looked at them. Other doctor did surgery and I can use my arm again.

I went to my appt and Dr. Darakjian walks into the room holding my file and asked me if I had fallen down I told him no, next he asked why was I having pain, he proceeded to ask if I wanted pain killers, I said no then he tells me that my other option was to an injection. He never even bother checking my hip or knee and he had already decided my 2 options pain killers or an injection. Really Doc.? You knew this right away just by holding my file in your hands? Staff not very helpful eithe!

He is a terrible doctor I had knee replacement surgery. The doctor did not return my calls. I was in pain for 5 months. This was even when I showed him I could not place my foot infront of me. I would swing out. I went got a second opinion and had to have my knee redone. Fortunately, I found a doctor who knows what he is doing. After my second surgery, I was on my feet after 4 days with minimal pain. With Dr. Darakjian, I was bed ridden for 2 weeks and in pain for 5 months. He's a quack!

The office Staff are extremely rude. They are running the office like third world country not USA, Los Angeles. He does not have any recent technology to be able to look ate the discs and if you don't have film they would cancel your appointment that you made with lots of rudeness and hostel but still they would charge you $20.00 in CASH ONLY. He even could not read the report from the MRI and misdiagnosed my problem and he said he is not spine specialist but still he is advertising for it.
