Always asks for additional visits before writing a referral, even when it is unnecessary or when the patient is already seen by her colleague in the same medical group. Moreover, the medical group is rather irresponsible in following-up with insurance approval requests.

I needed a preop exam and was unable to get into my usual pc physician's office in time and luckily found Dr. Chan. I was so pleased with her demeanor and professionalism that I changed to her as my primary care. She reviewed my conditions and made changes to my medications. She was not quick to add new medications after listening to my concerns. She acknowledged my insights and treated me as an equal. I believe we will be good partners in my well being.

I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Chan after a severe asthma attack. I have never had a doctor who listened so carefully to everything I said. She acknowledged every detail that I mentioned, explained the exact purpose of every medication, and answered every question I had. She also spent a lot more time with me, where most doctors I've been to just get in and out as quickly as possible. She was also incredibly helpful in finding me an affordable prescription. I highly recommend her

As a senior citizen with multiple medical conditions I needed a primary care physician who is also an internist and understands the complexities of my illnesses. Dr. Chan was an excellent choice for me. She cares, she listens and she knows what actions to take to help me meet my needs and to try to set and achieve healthcare goals.

Dr. Chan is one of the best Doctors I have ever seen. She spends a good amount of time discussing your health and is very thorough in her examination. She takes a whole body approach and isn't quick to subscribe medicine. I am really glad I have had the chance to meet Dr. Chan. I drive about 30 minutes to see her too because after moving I haven't been able to find a decent doctor!
