Poor service Dr. Schertzinger
Horrible experience today,(Jan 4, 2023), with my Dr. The front desk, Dr aides, office manager Alli, were exceptionally wonderful to work with. However Dr "S" was NOT. For the second time, I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to get called back. When I tried to calmly express my concerns about the wait time to the Dr "S", he said that this would be our last time in meeting. He was going to send all of my notes and his recommendations to my primary Dr. When I tried to reason with him, he just wouldn't reconsider. He just cut me off. A waste of nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was able to speak with the office manager, Allie, and again she provided excellent service for me. She quickly found me another Dr in the network, made an appointment for me, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Allie saved the day. Thank you! Ortho Cincy as a whole, is good to work with. Dr. "S" is NOT.

Dr. Scherzinger took excellent care of me. And was very concerned about how much pain I was having . I believe without his expertise I would not have healed as quickly as I did. What a great physician!!! And he took the time to answer all my questions I never felt rushed and everything was explained very well.

Great Physician
Dr Schertzinger is such a kind man, and a wonderful doctor. He saw me on very short notice and provided excellent care. Few physicians can provide such high-quality care in such a fast paced environment. He’s very knowledgeable, and gave me the personalized care I needed without rushing me, despite being extremely busy. I don’t know how he maintains such great bedside manner with so many patients to juggle simultaneously. I highly recommend this Orthopedist.

Very Rushed
I came in for both arms and hands being numb didn’t seem too interested in learning about past neck surgeries just looked at X-rays and diagnosed it as pinched nerve 3 days later and is only getting worse even though he was sure that this was the problem and prescribed meds for it.

A Knee Issue Resolved
I had sudden knee pain and went directly to the Ortho Cincy office in Highland Heights. After registering, I didn’t have to wait long. I had an x-Ray taken of my knee , then I was quickly seen by Dr. Schertzinger. He listened to my concerns, checked out my knee, showed me and my husband the x-ray of my knee, explained his diagnosis and promptly prescribed a shot and oral meds. And he also recommended a neoprene knee brace. I was very happy with the care I received.

Dr. Schertzinger has been my "go to" expert for my spine issues for over 20 years. This visit was a follow-up concerning recent lower back issues.
