Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

Dr. Sabarra's Care Philosophy

It is most important that patients understand their illness and what is needed to correct the problem. Fully understanding the approach to the problem makes the individual part of the "team" and a better patient - patients are encouraged to ask questions and are given all the time they need. Tests are ordered for baseline values and only if a plan of treatment would be altered by the results. Most often, less is more!
