Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Goodman "Welcome!

I am an orthopaedic oncologist who is committed to improving survival and function for my patients with complex musculoskeletal tumors. I have spent many years training in the diagnosis and management of bone and soft tissue tumors and am well versed in both surgical and non-surgical treatment. I treat benign and malignant lesions in both children and adults in a patient-centric manner.

I believe in working with a multidisciplinary team of physicians along with the patient in order to combine all modalities of care to get the best outcomes, and I have studies techniques of limb sparing surgery to reduce the need for amputations. Among these techniques, I often employ less invasive innovative techniques for improving the quality of life of those with musculoskeletal cancers and conditions. I am committed to individualized treatment for each patient, and with my team, we will wok with you to chose from different methods best suited to a patient's specific problem. "
