He was great with my elderly mother. Explanations were thorough. At the end of the visit he asked if there was anything else he could do. Nice guy!

I don't care about his demeanor being unprofessional, it's the level of care that is the most important. Went in, described the problem, had MRI's, which confirmed what the issue is. His great solution was to wait 3 months to do anything; no medical reason other than "it may resolve itself". The issue has persisted for more than a year and causes incapacitating pain. Not only did he say to wait 3 months he offered no interim solutions, no home remedies, nada.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Pakzad. In my first appointment, he walked in and didn't even let me explain my experience or why I was there before launching into worst-case-scenarios with surgery - including throwing around 'below the knee amputation' when that is not a remotely likely situation. He never addressed the reason for my visit until after multiple messages to his MA requesting such, and then basically threw up his hands and said, 'tough luck I can't help you.'

Was sent to Pakzad thru lni. The worst experience. Refused to fix my foot as consented and when asked why stated he didn't want to. Refused to give referral for nerve issue than opts to dissect the nerve leaving me with CRPS. Accused me of being on narcotics and faking when he put a screw the the bone not once but TWICE!!! The bones were not realigned and metatarsal heads stick out bottom of foot because he refused to do it so now having to go elsewhere and Pakzad REFUSES give info to new DR

After an hours wait to see Dr. Pakzad, he finally came to examine my busted toe. It was 6 days after the initial break (saw urgent care 1st), first visit with an orthopedic physician or Dr. Pakzad. His mannerism was condescending and he would not answer my basic questions. He implied that I should run all questions past my husband. Made it sound that I was lazy. I'm 53, physically fit, a woman, and educated. He's a very poor representative for the medical field ~ I DON'T recommend.

My 19 old son, Will, broke his fibula while dirt biking. He said Dr. Pakzad was "heck-a-nice". Translated into English that means: Dr. Pakzad was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient while interacting with us. He took extra time with our family. He even got us in earlier than our appointment time even though he had lots of patients. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Pakzad was the only doc who would perform my ankle fusion at 27. I am forever grateful for him, and his staff. He can be stern at times, but I needed a doctor, not a sugar coated diagnosis.
