Came to see Dr. Zhu with issues in my foot. He made sure to carefully explain his diagnosis and possible procedures. Went through with surgery, and I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend him, one of the best doctors around!
Mukwonago, WI |
Terrible. My husband went in to talk about his foot pain that has gone on for several months (seen a physical therapist and our primary doctor who recommended he go to an orthopedic doctor) and this man was so unprofessional. Talked down to him like my husband wasn't in pain, complained about him to his nurse so loudly my husband heard, etc.
Milwaukee, WI |
I saw Dr. Zhu for an injury that he really didn't examine and seemed to be repulsed by my presence and size. I did not return and I received no further communication from the company.

I was honored to have such a skilled surgeon repair the damage I did to my leg with a chainsaw. His skill talent and abilities are greatly appreciated. His care and concern was comforting.
in Oconomowoc,Wi. |
He explained the procedure very well and made us confident we chose the right doctor to replace my right ankle.
Oak Creek, WI |
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Awful, awful, awful! DO NOT SEE HIM! Rude, patronizing and gives little to no follow up information. Absolutely disgusted with him, and his staff didn't bother to tell us that we needed to make an appointment to get the mri results nor did they tell us that we would need to take them with us when we said we were going somewhere else. Now we need to take more time off work to drive from the southside to Pewaukee again (!) to pick them up. Not happy.
Oconomowoc, WI |
Went to see him about my Knee which was swollen and painful from injury. He looked at it said go schedule an MRI apt and reschedule with 2nd apt. That was 5min! He didn't explain anything looked at his MA said get her a knee brace. MRI was sprained ligament, Bakers cyst. Go home rest follow up in 4 weeks, that took 5min again!! I said what can we do for this I'm in great pain, stretching, cane??? No just rest, if not better in a month we can do a cort. shot. REALLY pissed off!

Dr. Zhu spent under 2 minutes in the room with me on my initial visit. The day before my visit, ER had diagnosed a broken patella and a sprained ankle. Dr. Zhu did not even look at my ankle and, when asked, offered no options to a cast for the broken patella. Two nurses provided the cast after he left the room. On my second visit, there was also under 2 minutes spent with me. I was given a removable stabilizer, told to wear it for 4 weeks and return in 6 weeks. I changed physicians.
